The polygon tool will only affect the property data that is pulled from DataTree. The pricing you see on the results page is still shown at the county level, using all of the comps. However, when you use Geo Pricing along with the polygon tool, the comps that will be used in the property pricing are determined by the nearest for sale and sold comps, which will effectively accomplish what you are looking for.
