Hi there! I'm brand new to PRYCD; I just signed up this morning and have started watching videos; I'm enjoying diving in! I'm trying to price a micro-mailer to a specific subdivision that is significantly more expensive than the surrounding subdivisions. I want to ensure that my PRYCD calculated market price is based on comps that are ONLY within this specific subdivision where I have drawn my polygon. I don't want ANY comps from outside the polygon because they won't be relevant. Is it possible to do that? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you!
@Josiah Ronco welcome to PRYCD and we're happy to help! Currently, it is not possible for us to guarantee that comps will be contained to a specific subdivision when auto-calculating a market value. This is because even our most granular geo pricing scheme will look at nearby comps around each individual property downloaded that may expand beyond your drawn polygon to consume enough data for confident pricing.
However, we do have a manual way to do this! If you're only drawing a polygon around a specific subdivision, I would recommend you use our county level pricing scheme and then customize the offer price per acre for each result row you choose to download. Doing this will allow you to control the exact offer price per acres that are applied to your dataset based on comps you have analyzed in a specific subdivision. Below are two videos from our YouTube Channel that will help visually demonstrate how to do this!
