Cancelled Subscriptions

Subscription payments may be refunded if we are notified within 3 days of the charge.

Refunds are addressed on a case-by-case basis.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us to see if you are eligible. Data includes property data, comp reports, exported comps, and list uploads.

Bulk Data Purchases

We will not issue refunds for bulk credit purchases.
