Hello, Prycd Team.
I like to download the Parcel Analysis results to keep track of the counts for Data tree parcels, comps, and pricing for the counties I'm working. When I download the table, the columns are not exported in what I would consider logical order. I wonder if you would consider updating the way that the columns are organized?
Current order:
Acreage | County | DataTree Owner Records | Export? | Market Price/Acre | Offer Price/Acre | Total Comps | Parcels on Market Ratio | Rank | State
Suggestion for updated order:
State | County | Acreage | DataTree Owner Records | Total Comps | Parcels on Market Ratio | Rank| Market Price/Acre | Offer Price/Acre | Export?
Thanks for your consideration😁
It is the total number of comps available at each specified acre range. For example, If I set my acreage at 1 to 10 and the increments at 1 acre, it would provide a breakdown of comp counts at each interval. The comps are based on Prycd collected data from zillow, realtor, and Lands of America. Comps are not from Data Tree.
What is Total Comps and how does it related to DataTree Owner Records?
Hi Chris,
Thank you for reaching out! This is great feedback!
We've gone ahead and changed the order of the results page to your suggestion. Please refresh before trying again!
