Hi, I just got signed up and have watched the videos...just a little confused on the numbers in the data table fields...not sure what is a good number. Is it the higher the number the better or is lower better when trying to pick an area?

Why can you guys not just provide ranges? You have these maps with sliding ranges, which means a range exists. No matter what I am looking at, it makes it impossible to utilize your data sets if there are no ranges provided. Like when I am doing land research, I don't even understand what numbers to put in because there is no definition for what is high or what is low. You provide no definition for anything.
Hi Dave,
That entirely depends on which number you are looking at, as well as your particular strategy! For example, you may be looking for a market with low days on market and high population influx to signal a hot market to sell in. Or you could look for areas with a high population and a low number of for sale comps to signal low competition. It really depends.
We try to stay agnostic when talking about our data. There are several land education courses that we are affiliated with that can help guide you through how to select an area, but our goal is simply to provide the data to you!
Hopefully this helps!
