Yesterday DataTree sales called me. When I told them I just signed up with Prycd their spin was reseller data can be up to 1 year old while Datatree customers get fresh (near real time) data, depending on county feed. Could that be true? I like prycd way better for obvious reasons but was that just a sales pitch?

Hi Scott,
PRYCD's data is just as real time as DataTree customers'. This was likely not a sales pitch though, as typical resellers from DataTree license the property database and then update their copy roughly every year. I believe this is what they were describing to you. However, PRYCD does not do this. We have a real time API link to DataTree's database that pulls the data right when you request it from us. This ensures we are pulling the most up-to-date version of their property data.
