Property zip code is based on the county provided data in DataTree, if it was available. If not, what we do is use the property's lat/long data to locate the nearest zip code and city in our database, and assign those to the property.
Pricing source is generated by us to inform you how the property was priced. You will either see the county name (county pricing), the city name (city pricing), or the county name with "Geo Adjusted" next to it (geo pricing). Below is a link that explains each of these pricing strategies:
