Uploading a list to List Upload

I'm simply trying to upload a list of APNs in Mohave County, AZ to List Upload to get pricing. Every time I get 0/12 results.

It seems like there should be the capability to just upload a list of APNs instead of having the track down all of the data like acres, latitude, and longitude. Is there?
