But is there a way to click on the adjoining parcels to see who the neighboring owners are, or do you need to order a neighbors report? I'd like to be able to view all parcels in the area, and select areas of interest nearby it, but not sure how to do that with Prycd.
Thanks for that information the - next question is. I have an iMac desk top computer. I purchased the records /comps but don't understand how to open them to see the record with the zip files. I'm not use to using zip files. On my screen I see "Open with" and then a down arrow. Then I get confused. Am I supposed to download one of these Apps for these to open? What's the best way to get these records open... Thanks
@bozbuyshouses You're welcome! On a mac, you should be able to open the zip file simply by double clicking it. Mac will automatically unzip it and create a folder that you can then easily navigate! I believe the tool it uses is called "Archive Utility", which should be installed by default.
@bozbuyshouses thank you for reaching out! Our Comp Report tool was built for just this scenario. All you will need to do is go to our Comp Report page and plug in the State, County, and APN for a specific parcel of land and we will be able to provide you everything you want to know about the property!
Below is a link from one of our YouTube videos that provides you with an example of what this looks like!
