Hi I'm doing searches based on a last sale date of 10 years ago or later. When I get my downloadable I can't seem to find the column that would contain that last sale date to reference. I thought maybe the LMS sale date column but mine is blank the whole way down. Any insight?

Thanks for reaching out! You are looking in the correct location. LMS Sale Date is where you would find the last market sale date. The DataTree filter for "Last Sale Date Is Before" by default includes all properties that have an LMS Sale Date before the specified date or all properties where the LMS Sale Date is unknown. This is why a lot of the columns are showing as blank.
We had this exact question recently, and here was the answer we received from DataTree's data team:
The requirements for the filter is to include “Null” in the Is Before search. The thought behind including NULL in “is before” searches is we assume that if a transaction has a NULL value, it happened before we or our data providers captured the transaction data. Therefore, it’s assumed that those transactions occurred a long time ago, which is probably before any searched date range.
