Until I recently began using Pryced to pull data for mailing lists, I used DataTree. Can Pryced pretty much do everything DataTree can do in terms of land investing, or is it recommended I keep both subscriptions? I don't want to pay for both needlessly, but want to make sure I'm not overlooking some reason to keep DataTree before I stop subscription.

Can we see additional Property Location Filters on Prycd "Houses" search, such as by City and Zip code? I'm doing an exercise to see all the SFR properties in zip code 85201 of Mesa AR and DataTree gives a count of 6294, but not having the zip code filter on Prycd I get a number of 1,120,190 for the entire Maricopa county.
once i subscribed to PRYCD, I negotiated with datatree to retain my account without paying a monthly fee. I pay a lot more when i do pull data from DT, but i rarely do, so am OK with that. I do find DT neighbor data functionality to be handy, something not offered through PRYCD, not that i'm aware of anyway---any plan for that in the future?
Hi there!
Prycd uses DataTree's Property Detail Export for all of its property and owner records, so our exports are exactly the same as DataTree's in that respect. We implement new features based on user feedback, so if there are features within DataTree that you would like to see that we don't do, please let us know!
