Hello, how is it that changing the acreage increment value - but without changing any other filter - the records' total count changes as well? Isn't the acreage increment just a way to represent/group the parcel into the provided table? If so I don't understand how this would affect the total count.

Thank you for reaching out! It really depends on your search, but the primary reason this would happen is if you had more than 200 resulting rows on the results page. We limit the results to 200 target locations (county + acreage range), so if you had more than that and then adjusted the acreage increment, it will actually change how many results will be returned.
For example, if I searched County X and County Y from 0-200 in increments of 5, I would get all of the possible properties in that list. If I then changed to increments of 1, this would yield 400 potential results. We only take the top 200, so the numbers will be much different (could be higher or lower depending on which locations are dropped).
