If you've made a mistake on your property data export and would like to fix it, please find your applicable situation below and follow the steps provided!

Ran the Same Export Twice

1. Please contact us with the following:

   • Reference number of original export

   • Reference number of the duplicate export

   • Receipt of original export

   • Receipt of the duplicate export

2. Once we have all of this information, we will refund you for the duplicate export!​

   • Please note that if the two exports are different, we will not be able to provide a refund.​

Changing Pricing Parameters​

1. Including but not limited to the following changes:

   • Changing the pricing scheme​

   • Changing the comp type for pricing

   • Changing the comp distribution

   • Changing the offer price percentage​

2. For these changes, you will be using our List Uploading Service.

3. Extract your PRYCD Final List.csv file from your export.

4. Delete all of the columns that include our pricing data. This will eliminate confusion when re-running the pricing. These include the following:

   • Market/Offer Price​

   • Market/Offer Price/Acre

   • Pricing Source

   • Offer Percent

   • Offer Price Increments (if applicable)

5. Upload your list through our List Uploading Tool.​

6. Set your new pricing parameters as desired, following the instructions on the page.

7. Once you've purchased your list, please contact us with the following:

   • Reference number of original export​

   • Receipt of original export

   • Receipt of list upload

   • Reason for the change

8. Once we have all of this information, we will refund you for the cost of the upload!​
