Our sytem leverages First America DataTree for all property related data. Unfortunately, there has been an incident with First American that has led to them pulling their system offline temporarily. This has impacted our ability to pull any property data (exported owner records, comp reports, etc). We are hopeful to regain access to everything by the end of this week, but have not been given a clear timeline from First American. We will update everyone accordingly once we know more.
